Take over an existing book of business of manufacturing and industrial automation accounts. This role will consist of:
Grapevine recruits for fortune 100 & 500 organizations in Industrial Automation, Life Science, High-Tech, Medical Device, Consumer Goods and Test & Measurement companies. We work in the following disciplines: Sales, Marketing, Engineering & Manufacturing, Human Resources, Operations, Regulator Affairs, Product Management, Procurement & Supply Chain.
What your day looks like in this role:
Sourcing: The main portion of this role is sourcing/finding niche candidates from our specific industries and conduct extensive phone interviews. The Sourcing will include: Linkedin searching, Google search, Industry networking, Internet data mining, Trade show attendance, Cold calling candidates at defined companies. Your day will consist of making Cold Call and Warm Calls of potential candidates.
Account Management: Manage book of business for a set of clients to include occasional client visits or trade show attendance. You will be the main point of contact to update their current hiring needs and making sure their positions are filled in a timely manner.
This positon requires an extreme amount of multi-tasking and computer work. We have a sophisticated applicant tracking software, we use Microsoft outlook and calendars daily, we track all submittals, resumes and the entire interview process. This person must be fluent in computer navigation, applicant tracking software and outlook. Must currently be working in a multi-tasking/function role today. There are many facets to this position that requires hands on experience with computers, phones, and customer service.
Only open to HR candidates who have had recruiting in their background. Prefer HR candidates from a manufacturing setting or from a Manufacturing or Technical/Engineering or Life Science type organization.
