Description

We are seeking to add an Executive Assistant/Excel Administrator to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping in addition to performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. The ideal person for this position will have experience with a multi-line phone system and advanced Microsoft Office experience and must be fluent with Excel.

Other functions:

  • Creating Excel projects from scratch
  • Managing Excel projects to completion
  • Enter variety of data using current technology
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Answer phones and daily clerical tasks

Qualifications:

We are looking for the right person who has excellent Excel spreadsheet management and entry skills.

We use Excel to run our applicant tracking and revenue goals and rely on a team to make the information flow. Fast typing skills are essential.

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLookup formulas, conditionals, etc.)
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong analytical skills, an expert in Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Administrative skillset with 3+ years of experience

Location: Creston Iowa. This is NOT a remote position.  Willing to consider full-time or part-time individual and have flexible hours.
